### Before Opening a Ticket

Please check these quick steps first:

* ✅ Review the FAQs — many common questions are covered.
* ✅ Double-check the **network** and **asset** you used for deposits or transfers.
* ✅ Retry the transaction if it may have failed due to **network congestion**.
* ✅ Make sure you are on the latest version of the **Wick app**.

If the issue continues, open a ticket in Discord.
